Boy's Brigade companies in Victoria and Tasmania now have access to a new and comprehensive devotions program.

This plan was backed at our last State Council meeting - to roll out materials for all companies to support our Christian education.

What do we have? There are 4 streams available, each for Anchors, Juniors, Alphas and Omegas. Within each stream the program is broken into weeks, each containing print-outs and leader guides. You're able to use as much or little of the material as you like. The material for Seniors also contains a newsletter which you're able to share with parents.

Why are we doing this? A 2019 executive working group investigated ways we can find better program resources for the State while also easing the workload on volunteers. One solution was to subscribe to a new devotions program which would make it easy for every company to access age appropriate materials  - another way we can help Advance Christ's Kingdom.

We are really keen to hear your feedback. We subscribe to this program in blocks of 3 months, and we are happy to keep evolving the concept. The D6 program we selected was the most comprehensive option, and gives us room to grow. There are also resources we can share with families, as well as materials for leaders devotions. We will also look at rolling out devotions training down the track.
